I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, enjoying beautiful sea views from my clean and spacious room. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was superb, overlooking Crosby marina with easy access to Anthony Gormley's 'Another Place'. The dining experience was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel had potential with clean and comfortable rooms, but the dining experience left something to be desired. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was great for a beach holiday and coastal walks.
